Confirmed sighting: Kraft Creamy White Chocolate Covered Oreo
Posted: 10:23 Sun 20-Sep-2009. Price: £2 (roughly). Location: Morrisons, Southampton; Morrisons, New Swanston, Edinburgh. Nutritional unusualness: 47% white chocolate. "Choccieman" reports: Hurrah for Oreos finally getting a decent showing in the UK. Following on from the recent addition of (lovely) chocolate Oreos we now get these limited edition ones for Christmas (you remember Christmas starts in September these days). They're extremely chocolatey but still unmistakably Oreo at their heart, possibly a little too sweet if I was to look for any faults. These are commonplace in their native land, let's hope we get more varieties making the journey across the pond - Double Stuff and Golden ones are at the top of my list :-)
..."Choccieman" submitted these just before "Phill and Sharon" who, once again: "Found these whilst picking up stuff for dinner. They were in the Christmas section at Morrisons.
They've very more-ish, and surprisingly the white chocolate isn't sickly and works well with the standard Oreo and it's filling. Unlike normal Oreos which come in 4 packs of 4 in a box these are 8 packs of 2, so you're getting the same number."
In other semi-seasonal limited editions: Scary Orange or Cinder Toffee Cadbury Cake Bars, Penguin Yule Logs and Disney McVitie's Cookies and Cream are in the offing for Halloween and Christmas, respectively;
"Woody" paid 50p in Tiger Wines, Leeds for a Zaini Super Mario Egg which was "very similar to a Kinder Surprise, except both the layers of the chocolate egg were made of milk chocolate (as opposed to milk and white chocolate) and all the prizes inside are Super Mario themed. I checked out the Zaini website and found Disney eggs and Christmas eggs but no Mario eggs, curious."; and "Zeddy" only had to go to his "local shop", Strathaven, Scotland to claim he'd seen a Mars Dark, exclaiming: "They're back!!!! The old Dark and white/Midnights have been resurrected for who knows how long?? God! I love these!!! I ate one so quickly that I binned the wrapper without thinking. I see a new site has been created in their honour, though very low key if you ask me."

I explained that when they were working and bringing an income into the household, THEN they could buy the b******s.
